Ira Mimosa — voice, guitar

On the occasion of Ira Mimosa’s performance at the Space X 2021 festival, a reissue of the ethereal, French-singing Prague singer and guitarist, weaving her fragile melodies from tones of sadness and melancholy, has been released. She mostly performs with just a guitar, but recently other instruments have been added to her music. Piano, glockenspiel, kalimba, and she also explores the sounds of the electronic world. Ira Mimosa dances in the wind, entangled in fragility and melancholy, her music a gentle, almost inaudible melody that rings in your ears as you walk along the river, when you stop in the middle of the road and can’t see ahead or behind you, as if the misty landscape around you is itself sounding softly and its echo lingers around you long after you return home.

U příležitosti vystoupení na festivalu Space X 2021 vychází reedice éterické, francouzsky zpívající pražské zpěvačky a kytaristky splétající své křehké melodie z tónů smutku a melancholie Iry Mimosy. Vystupuje nejčastěji jen s kytarou, ale poslední dobou se do její hudby přidávají i jiné nástroje. Piano, glockenspiel, calimba, nebrání se zvukům elektronického světa. Ira Mimosa tančí ve větru, uvitá z křehkosti a melancholie, její hudba je jemnou, skoro neslyšitelnou melodií, která vám zní v uších, když jdete kolem řeky, když se zastavíte uprostřed cesty a nevidíte tam ani zpátky, jako by sama zamlžená krajina kolem vás tiše zněla a její ozvěna ve vás zůstávala ještě dlouho po návratu domů.
