„Album Pulse Wave přinese kolekci šesti skladeb – zvukové deníky událostí a pocitů, které jsem během toho roku prožíval. Na albu se kříží několik inspiračních zdrojů – impulsy, které ke mně přirozeně přicházely a poté se vpisovaly do jednotlivých skladeb. V roce 2023 jsem si začal více uvědomovat současnou přeexponovanost prostředí, ve kterém žijeme, a únavu z napětí mezi dvěma paralelními světy, světem reálným a virtuálním. Tento pocit mě inspiroval k tomu, že jsem si při práci na albu říkal: Pokus se svými tracky svět alespoň trochu zpomalit.
Housle nahrával můj dlouholetý spolupracovník Pavel Rajmic v Brně a Kuřimi. Jeho housle, motivy a barva nástroje byly pro mě během tvorby na albu důležitou vodicí linkou a inspirací pro hledání dalších barev u virtuálních a analogových nástrojů. Prokop Šenkyřík hraje na piano a na albu se podílí skladatelsky i jako producent (sampler a elektronika). Svou prací s elektronikou a někdy náhodnými i anonymními zvukovými útržky z internetového on-line prostředí posunul zvuk tracků ještě blíž k mému rozpoložení a představám o zvukové estetice alba.“

A single from the upcoming album Pulse Wave

"The album Pulse Wave will bring a collection of six songs – sound diaries of events and feelings I experienced during that year. The album crosses several sources of inspiration - impulses that came naturally to me and then inscribed themselves in the individual tracks. In 2023, I became more aware of the current overexposure of the environment we live in and the fatigue of the tension between two parallel worlds, the real and the virtual. This feeling inspired me to say to myself while working on the album: Try to slow down the world at least a little with your tracks. The violin was recorded by my long-time collaborator Pavel Rajmic in Brno and Kuřim. His violin, motifs and the colour of the instrument were an important guideline and inspiration for me to look for other colours in virtual and analogue instruments during the album. Prokop Šenkyřík plays piano and contributes to the album as a composer and producer (sampler and electronics). His work with electronics and sometimes random and anonymous sound snippets from the online internet environment has moved the sound of the tracks even closer to my mood and ideas about the sonic aesthetics of the album."
